Be advidsied that training this week will be RANDOM... You could be training inside, outside, for time, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy...

· Monday 3/22- Opening @3:30pm

· Thursday 2/24- partner needed

· Friday 2/25- I will be out... I'm taking a rest day before competing this week-end...
