Workout #1
Complete the following:
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 KBS
60 burpees

Workout #2
Back squat
3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Workout #3 (outside)
5 rounds of:
Run one sucide
30 air squats
30 push-ups
20 burpees
Rest 3 minutes
