Suzanne Traitz- Prowler Relay at the Fall Face Off


Workout #1:
Complete five rounds of:
30 jump overs
40 air squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups (release at bottom)
10 pull ups

Workout #2:
Part 1:
12 minute AMRAP
Prowler relay

Part #2:
4 rounds of:
150m farmers walk
600m run

Workout #3:
15 minute AMRAP
10 OHS
10 burpees
