If your lazy then...

Hey Gang,

This has been bothering me for some time now and I figured I express my concern to everyone reading the blog.

Injuries- there are several reasons for injuries:

Ego- (trying to lift or execute movements not recommended by Coach) For example, forgetting everything you were trained to do and trying to beast up weight. In addition, trying movements unsupervised on your own. Look at the risk and reward. Ask yourself, "Is it worth it?"

Ignorance- mobility, flexibility, hydration, and nutrition are VITAL! Ignoring or not making time for these elements will lead to problems, mainly injuries. Make time to help prevent injury! It's like a car. The more you drive it the more you must maintain it with oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.

Old injuries- this type of training brings out old neglected injuries. Any old injuries that was not taken care of or simply forgotten about will return (it's like trying to drive a car that was sitting in the garage without checking the tires, brakes, etc.).

Technique & positioning- practicing proper positioning and technique of movements is what we do. Once, you get lazy, tired, or forget about the importance of these elements your asking for an injury.

Do your do diligence and take care of your self!

One thing I do not stand for is unsafe improper movement. I'm here to help you succeed and see results. I also give advice because I care about anyone that walks through my doors.

Please, look at what your doing or not doing before you blame me or my training for injuries. Be smart and take care of yourself. You have one body this lifetime. Care for it like it is!
