Lunch -12pm

4 oz pork chop
4 cups mixed veggies
Fat - 2 tbsp avocado


Snack 330
2 block
2 oz pork chop
1 grapefruit
Fat- 6 almonds


Dinner 615 pm
4 block
4 oz chicken
Salad mixed veggies-
Fat-  balsamic 1.33

Snack - 8pm
2 oz turkey
Fat- 1 tbsp Guac
Carb-  2 cups mixed veggies

Water 90 fl oz
