Barry Day#26



Breakfast -9am
2 egg omelet
2 oz turkey and onion in it
Canola oil 1.32
2. Cups mixed fruit


Lunch 12 pm
4 block
4 oz grilled chicken
2 tbsp guac
Carb-  2 cups blueberries


Snack 3pm
I block
2 oz turkey
1 tbsp Guac
Carb-  salad
Mixed veggies ,
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber
Onion
Fat- balsamic .66


Dinner 6 pm
4 oz burger
2 tbsp guac
Fat-  mixed veggies
Broccoli, string beans, onion
3 cups


Snack 815
2 oz turkey
6 almond
Carb 2 cups of mixed veggies


Water about 80 fl oz
