Lunch 12am
4 oz grilled chicken
Mixed veggies
Asparagus, broccoli
Cauliflower
12 almonds


Snack 3pm
Cup of fruit
2 oz pc of veal
2 cups mixed peppers


Dinner -630
4 oz grilled chicken
Mixed veggies 3 cups
2 tbsp guac
