6/9 Jawonio Charity Event

We will be hosting a day of workouts to raise funds for Jawonio which is the premiere provider of lifespan services in New York's Hudson Valley for people with developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges and chronic medical needs.

Athletes & judges will check in at 8am. Our opening ceremony will kick off at 9am. 

All participants are required to make a donation via cash or check.

All events are TEAM based. There will be 4 events throughout the day.

Teams of 4

Event #1
3 rounds of:
1 minute AMRAP (15 second transition time)
-MAX calories row (w/5 calories m/10 calories) 
-MAX GHD sit up (7 reps)

Scaled-butterfly sit ups

Event #2
3 minute TEAM MAX distance yoke push
(10x 45# plates-635# all men TEAM/ Mixed TEAM 6x 45# plates + 4x 25# plates 555#)

Scaled-8x 45# plates-545# all men TEAM/ Mixed TEAM 6x 45# plates 455#/ 4x 45# plates 365# all women


Event #3
3 rounds of:
1 minute AMRAP (15 second transition time)
-MAX DB snatch w/35# m/55# (6 reps)
-MAX Plank burpee (6 reps)

Scaled- DB snatch w/20# m/35#


Event #4
7 minute AMRAP
MAX reps Thruster w/75# m/115# & 15” rope climbs
(Strategize anyhow)

Scaled- Thrusters w/45# m/75# & ladder climbs
