Activate- 2x 75 single unders + 10 hip extension 

B- Warm Up

-Single foot double jumps (right 1,2 – left 1,2)

Double unders

WOD
Tabata the following:
-Sit ups
3 minuets rest
-SB cleans w/50# m/75#
3 minutes rest 
-Double unders
3 minutes rest
-Burpees
