6 Back squats-400m run/row
5 Back squats-200m run/row
4 Back squats-400m run/row

2 Back squats-400m run/row

Workout 2:
AMRAP 20 minutes:
3 rounds of "Cindy" (5 pull-ups/ 10 push-ups/ 15 air squats)
Deadlift, 2 reps
Workout 3:
For time:
60 burpees
50 sit-ups
40 KBS
30 push-ups
20 pull-ups
