The King of running uphill

"The real contest is always between what you've done and what you're capable of doing. You measure yourself against yourself and nobody else."
~ Geoffrey Gaberino

"Part of being a champ is acting like a champ. You have to learn how to win and not run away when you lose. Everyone has bad stretches and real successes. Either way, you have to be careful not to lose your confidence or get too confident."
~ Nancy Kerrigan

  1. Thanks for sharing. very inspiring. I am going to ask my husband to translate for me as he speaks Norwegian. Found on google: Jon Tvedt was an incredible runner. One of the best athletes in the history of Norway. Jon died accidentally on a mountain training exercise January 2009, only 42 years old. One of the kings of uphill mountain running.
