Barry Day#25

Out for breakfast
Eggs
Mixed veggies

2 oz turkey
1 grapefruit
1 tbsp guac
Lunch 145
4 oz turkey meatball
1 banana
Fat 12 almonds
Snack. 4pm
2 oz turkey
1 tbsp guac
2 cup mixed. Veggies
Dinner 730
4 oz grilled chicken
2 tbsp guac
Asparagus - as many as I could take down.. By 15 I was no longer interested in eating anymore. I know this is not close to the 50 or so required but that must have been a typo in spreadsheet.. Nobody on earth can eat that many
Water - 100 oz
