Salad - small
Oil- 1.32 balsamic - fat
3:30 - 2 block

Had no protein - I forgot it at home
Coffee
7:pm 4 block meal
4 oz grilled chicken - protein
Grilled vegetables - mixed 2 cups - carbs
Fat - Almonds 12
Water not enough - 80 oz
