Day#33 (Speed/ Mental Toughness)


Warm up 
Tornado tag
400m run
Form a circle of 4 or more. One participant is on the out side and tries to tag selected individual in the circle.

Then 2 rounds of:
3x
Kick up to a handstand and work the negative on the way down

3x
Power jumps

3x
Candlestick to standup

Skill
Hollow body position in the HSPU

WOD
Burpees & HSPU
21-15-9

*7 minute time cap
