Srtict pull ups & KBS

Workout #3:
For time:
Run 800m
21 DB thursters
42 push ups
Run 600m
15 DB thrusters
30 push ups
Run 400m
9 DB thrusters
18 push ups
Run 200m
5 DB thursters
10 push ups
