Workout #2
Complete 3 rounds of the following:
3 deadlifts
Then 3 mini rounds of:
25 doubleunders
20 push ups


Workout #3
7 ping pongs (outside) of:
  • Sprints
  • Double unders 20
  • squat thrusts 10
