TEAM event #1
Stone ladder
Rep scheme 10-8-6-4-2
W- 65/95/115/145/175
M- 115/145/175/205/255

Execution- 10 reps for men & 10 reps for women. For example, the women must split up the reps evenly between each other. Partner 1 lifts and then partner 2 lifts. Missed lifts must be completed before partners switch.

The team can only proceed to the next weight once both men & women complete all of the prescribed repetitions.
*7 minute time cap

30m Zercher carry 285#
12 calorie air bike
12 power snatches 75#

Execution- Round 1, partner 1 Zercher carry, partner 2 bike, partner 1 snatch. Round 2, partner 2 Zercher carry, partner 1 bike, partner 2 snatch.

Women event #3
7 minute Tag
30m reverse sled drag 115#
10 calorie row
10 fat bar deadlifts 110#

Execution- Round 1, partner 1 sled, partner 2 row, partner 1 deadlift. Round 2, partner 2 sled, partner 1 row, partner 2 deadlift.


TEAM event #4
TEAM log complex
5 minute AMRAP
Log is to be used as the worm at the CrossFit games
10 team log push press (alternating the log from one shoulder to the other)
Proceed 10m
10 team log squats
Proceed 10m
Each teammate completes 3 burpees one at a time
(Log weight 205#)

Note: dropping the log is a 5 burpee penalty

TEAM event #5
7 minute Relay
The order must be female/male/female/male
15m OH lunge w/65 m/95 (all athletes)
Then…

12 calorie ski (all athletes)
