AMRAP 15 minutes
5 squat snatch
10 knees to elbows
10 push ups


Workout #2
Run1000m
5 rounds of:
10 pull ups
10 deadlifts
Row 1000m


Workout #3
1 minute of work at each station followed by 1 minute of rest after each effort
Box jumps
Pull ups
Air squats
Push ups
V-ups
