Warm up  
3 minute jump rope complex (5 singles right & left/ 10 singles/ 10 double unders)
With a partner
-3 T jumps
-3 jump over crawl under
-10 partner push ups
-10 squat jumps

Skill
DB snatch

Partner WOD
14 Minute ping pong
6 box jump up and over (each)
8 DB snatch w/45 m/70 (each)
200m plate run w/25 m/45 (each partner carries the plate 100m)
