Battle of the Titans IV Saturday 11/14

Gentleman,

Saturday 11/14 AMRAP-Vision will be hosting our 4^th annual Battle of the Titans. Details for the event can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/116423725379444/

I would like to know if any of you could commit to the day and represent AMRAP? As of now it is going to be a small competition. I would love to have a few teams. Please, contact me and let me know.

Please, come show your support that day by volunteering, judging, or help move equipment. I would greatly appreciate any help. In addition, help spread the word on what we are doing 11/14.

World Class Fitness in 100 words

In the words of Greg Glassman, the founder of CrossFit, this is the definition of elite fitness in less then 100 words.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
