Warm up & skill
Pose running technique
Hold pose & change of support
Partner falling drill/ follow the hand/prevent over stride
Partner pose reinforcement (hands on shoulders)

Complete the following (20minute time cap)
Run 200m
15 burpees
Run 400m
15 burpees
Run 600m
15 burpees
Run 800
15 burpees
Run 1000m
15 burpees
