2/12 Day#29 (Sole Lift/ Mental toughness)

Warm up
Shoulder health
4x 7
Angel wing complex (bands/ bench/ floor)
Double external rotation (outward & upward)

Snatch grip deadlifts

A- 5x 5 Snatch grip deadlifts

B- Continuous Pull-ups
A.K.A. Death by pull ups
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

*The Goal is to make it through 15 minutes
