SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:
1. Snatch Push Press
2. Overhead Squat
3. Heaving Snatch Balance
4. Snatch Balance without a dip
5. Snatch Balance with a dip

WOD
20 minute Tag
25m double OH DB carry w/35 m/55
Strict ring dips to true support w/8 m/12

7 reps, OHS w/110# m/165#
