Zone Paleo

Hey all: 


If you are using the Zone Paleo approach you need to balance each time you eat with proteins/carbs/fats...


If you are not you will know with the drop in energy... See me for details...


In addition, I suggest supplementing fish oil... At least 3 grams and up to 8 grams daily...
