Power



Power- the ability or capacity to perform or act effectively. To move about by means of motive power.


As I mentioned to you... this week we are going to focused on strength as well as power... moving heavy weights long distances quickly... Be prepared...


Workouts thus far:


Workout 1:
Sumo Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3


Workout 2:
5 rounds of:
Bench Press max effort
Pull-ups max effort 
Rest 3 minutes


Workout 3:
Press 3-3-3-3
Push Press 3-3-3-3
Push  Jerk 3-3-3-3
