Important Notice:
To all Participants and Event Staff/Volunteers, we will have competitive event WOD’s on Friday afternoon May 21st for all Affiliate Teams. This decision was dependent on registration numbers and staff/volunteer numbers. We promise you that all factors have been taken into consideration: travel time, added cost and conflicts with work before this final decision was made. However, within the constraints of staff and quality, 2 and ½ days of competition is a minimum for the number of competitors we will be hosting. We will make every possible concession we can to accommodate you - the athletes - but for consistency and fairness only competitors that compete in all scheduled WODs will be ranked for the qualifying spots! Please plan accordingly. Email Jason Ackerman: albanycrossfit@gmail.com with questions.
