SDHP 5-10-15-20-25
Part 2:
Pull-ups 25-20-15-10-5
Alt. DB press 5-10-15-20-25
P-A-L-E-O!!! Bring it on!!! Only day 2, yes, Ray and I are "testing" it out for everyone, HA, and already I can feel my energies' lifted!!! WOOT-WOOT!!! Not easy though... Good luck everyone... I think you start next week...
