Day 1...


Today is the first day of the Paleo challenge... I hope you are all set... I suggest keeping a food log... keep a note pad, word document, spread sheet, or whatever else you can think of to keep track of what your consuming...

This will also make you aware of the quality fuel that you are putting into your body...
