Part 1:
Three rounds for time:
15 clean & jerk (barbell/DB coaches choice)
15 burpees

Part 2:
5 rounds of:
15 front squats
25 double unders

Workout #2
Five rounds for time:
30 pull ups
20 Deadlifts
Run 800m

Workout #3
Kettlebell medley/ Deck of cards
Spades- KBS
Diamonds- KB wall ball sub
Clubs- KB SDHP
Hearts- KB thrusters
