Partner warm up
Wheel barrow
Partner carry
Plank push up
Kick up to hand stand

Sled drags

  • Sumo
  • Reverse

In TEAMs of 2 or 4
12 minute AMRAP
all TEAM members must drag the sled 20m in a sumo and reverse fashion as well as carry a TEAM member 40yards to complete one round
