Warm up & Skill
Shoulder mobility
-press with stretch

Power jerk & loaded pistols

15 minute AMRAP
3 power jerk
6 burpees over the bar
9 loaded pistols

  1. This would be a great exercise for sports conditioning. I played volleyball in high school, and we did a lot of exercises like this. Now I coach a team, and I think I'll make them do these. They'll really help in the long run.
