12/14 Monday Week#7 Loading

Clean Warm up
Band rack stretch
Bar behind neck force extension both directions
(Add overhead if necessary)
Front squats

Clean technique (add jerk if necessary)

With a 20 minute running clock complete the complex once and add load. Post max successful load. Jumps vary upon individual.

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press
