Battle of the Titans II

Event #1 (whole TEAM)
3 minute AMRAP
4 x 100m ammo can (#30) relay

Dropped ammo can is a 5 burpee penalty for the 2 teammates with the bad exchange.


Event #2 (whole TEAM)
7 minute AMRAP
Double ping pong- 10 burpees & 20m OH yoke walk (#285open/ #185M)
Teammate A & B ping pong 10 burpees/ Teammate C & D walk 10m each with the yoke. Once all teammates complete burpees and 10m yoke walk they earned a round.

Event #3 (2 teammates)
6 minute AMRAP
Ping pong- 3 squat snatches (#165 open/#135M) & 3 ring muscle ups/ 3 Muscle ups masters

Both teammates must complete every rep of the movements to earn a round.


Event #4 (2 teammates)
6 minute AMRAP
Ping pong- 7 fat bar overhand deadlift (#225 open/#185M) & 2 net climbs

Both teammates must complete every rep of the movements to earn a round.


Event #5 (2 whole TEAM)
7 minute AMRAP
Double ping pong- 4 rope climbs & 8 OHS (#135 open/#115M)


Teammate A & B ping pong 4 rope climbs/ Teammate C & D complete 8 OHS. Once all teammates complete rope climbs and OHS they earned a round. However if the bar is dropped all teammates must complete 4 burpees.
