Day#31 Week#1 Loading

Partner warm up  
Partner wall ball shots
Partner MB sit ups
Partner plank lateral jumps
Partner assisted bar muscle up (stress the negative)
Partner assisted front lever (scale- tuck/ one leg extended/ full lever)

Partner deadlift

15 minute AMRAP
5 partner deadlifts
200m MB run (each partner carries the ball 100m) w/14 m/20
20 partner wall ball shots w/14 m/20
