Rope climb revision

Buy in
Team battle ropes

Team WOD
15 minute AMRAP (tag)
Run 400m
Max effort rope climbs
Max effort dead lift
*3 man team, runner tags climber, climber tags lifter, lifter runs, etc... once all three teamates complete all three movemnts then the team earns a point*
