45 day challenge


Hello all:

Monday 7/28 marks the first day of the 45 day challenge. This week starting Wednesday I will be taking pictures and weighing in individuals.

In addition, TEAMs will be created. This will help people stay motivated throughout the challenge. 

PLEASE:  ask questions regarding you ZONE prescription and double check with me whit were you should be in terms of ZONE blocks. This is vital for your success.

Remember, This particular challenge is 100% PALEO, no deviations or personal rational.  No gray area... If your going to do it, do it right or don't do it at all! (kinda effort equals sorta results) So, why short change your self?
