A- On floor bar over head roll out T-spine/ Soft ball roll out flexor wad 
15 OHS with 5 second pause
Banded over head shoulder circles + external rotation

B- Snatch warm up

Bar on back press force the extension 
OHS with a 3 second pause
Drop snatch

Snatch technique
Power snatch
Power snatch + OHS
Drop snatch
Full snatch

Full snatch

In 7 minutes
30 burpees over the barbell
40 jump lunges
Max reps full snatch w/95# m/135#
