B- Barbell Complex Warm Up

Snatch grip deadlift/ Hang power snatch/ Snatch grip push press/ OHS/ Full snatch

Rope climbs

12 minute AMRAP
200m run
2 rope climbs
12 OHS w/65# m/95#
