1 cup of mixed berries
12 almonds

Lunch 12
4 oz chickens
2 apples
2 Tbsp Guac


Dinner-5pm
Chicken 4 oz
A few small pieces of veal brisket
Asparagus, mixed veggies
String beans
Fruit

Snack -
2 oz brisket
Cup of fruit
6 almond
