Partner warm up  
Plank - push ups
Plank - lateral jumps
Partner sit ups
Partner-squat (yes, squat your partner)
Partner carry

Movement standards

25 minute ping pong
(Each execute all of the movements)
7 burpees over the barbell
14 box jumps
21 deadlifts w/95 m/135
