Warm up  
2 minutes jump rope complex
(10 singles/ 10 singles R foot/ 10 singles L foot/ 10 double unders)
Pull over to support
Bar muscle up (assistance if needed/ focus on the negative)
Superman push ups
Super rocks
Hollow rocks
OH duck walk

Weighted dips

30 m reverse sled drag w/120# m/180#
3 weighted dips (if you can do 2 in a row it’s too light)
