Oil- it was cooked in can't measure since I was out for breakfast

Lunch meeting
Out for lunch
Grilled Chicken
Salad
Roughly 4 oz
12 almonds
Cup of fruit

Snack 330
2 block
2 oz chicken
1 tbsp avocado
Orange


Dinner-  645
4 block
Turkey burger 6 oz
2 tbsp guac
4 cups mixed veggies
Broccoli cauliflower carrots

Snack-  I skipped it.  It got to late

Water 80 fl oz
