2 oz turkey
1 tbsp avocado
1 grapefruit


2pm lunch
4 oz turkey
12 almonds
2 cups of mixed berries


440 snack
2 oz turkey meatball
1 tbsp avocado
1 cup of blackberries

8pm
4 block
2 tbsp Avocado
6 oz turkey burger
4 cups mixed veggies
Broccoli and cauliflower carrots


100 fl oz
