Snack 3pm

2 block
2 oz grilled chicken
6 almonds
Orange

6pm dinner
4 block
4 cups of Mixed veggies
4 oz grilled chicken
2 tbsp avocado


Water 90 fl oz


Snack - 8
Chicken 2oz
2 tbsp avocado
Carb- 2 cups mixed veggies
