Barry Day#40

4 block meal
1 oz turkey
1.32 olive oil
12 almonds

2 block snack
2 oz turkey
1 tbsp guac
2 cups mixed veggies

2pm lunch
4 block
4 oz turkey
2 tbsp Guac
2 cups mixed berries

Dinner 5 pm
4 oz cod
4 cups of broccoli
2 tbsp avocado

Snack 7pm
1 grapefruit
6 almonds
2 oz turkey

Don't be a hater
 (Wondering what that is supposed to mean?/ Barry did not send food till yesterday/ He must be starving, which is terrible/ the body eats away at all the muscle/ muscle burns fat)
