Breakfast
8:30am
4 block
4 oz turkey bacon
Oil - Olive oil 1.32
1 grapefruit


Lunch 12:30pm
Out for lunch
Salad grilled chicken
Salad
12 almonds
Cup of fruit


dinner -6:30
4 block
4 oz burger
Side salad
Balsamic
Mixed veggies


Yea- an off day.  I was out from 9am until 9pm.. I was not expecting to be out all day.. Can't be perfect but I will work at it

Very little - little water

Just an off day...
