Barry Day#24

Breakfast  9 am
Banana 
 4 oz Turkey 
 Fat – 12 almonds 

Lunch –  12:15
4 oz steak 
2 tbsp guac 
Peach -1 

Snack   3pm
2 oz Steak
Fat – 1 tbsp avocado 
4 cups of mixed veggies
  
Dinner –   6;30
Trukey burger 6 oz 
2 tbsp Guac
2 cups of mixed veggies.
  Not enough- but I was sick of eating spinach 


Snack  -
8pm  (late )
2 oz turkey
1 tbsp avacaod
Half banana 

There was to much fruit but I was not having veggies ..
