Dinner 730 4 oz grilled chicken 2 tbsp guac Asparagus - as many as I could take down.. By 15 I was no longer interested in eating anymore. I know this is not close to the 50 or so required but that must have been a typo in spreadsheet.. Nobody on earth can eat that many
