Barry Day#13



Breakfast =  9am
4 Block 
4 oz – pork chop
12 almonds 
Apple  - carbo 

Snack – 2block    1130am 
2 oz turkey 
6 almonds 
Carb-  1 cup of mixed berries 

Lunch    145 pm
4 block
4 egg omelet – protein 
Oil- no sure, since I was out to eat.  This is what they cooked it in.
Carb-  Broccoli, onion, mushrooms 
Small cup of fruit..  

Snack -   2 block   345 pm
Protein-   2 oz shrimp
Fat-  1 tbsp avocado 
Carb – apple 


Dinner -  4 block 
2 cups broccoli 
4 oz roasted chicken 
Fat -  12 almonds 


Water – 80 fl oz--  yes not enough, I understand
