1 tbsp avocado
2 tangerines
2 oz turkey


Breakfast 10am
4 block
2 tbsp avocado
4 oz turkey bacon
Banana


145 pm. Lunch
4 block
4 oz chicken in a salad
Cucumber tomato carrot
About 3 cups
Fat- 1.32 balsamic


Snack 430 pm
1 cup pineapple
2 oz turkey
Fat- 1 tbsp guac


Dinner 745-
Out for dinner
4 oz bass
Veggies mixed-
Spinach and broccoli
Fat-  6 almonds

I mixed it up today since I wanted to eat before the open.

Not enough water about. 80 fl oz
